Chicken <br />150 gms. Yoghurt <br /> <br />Spice mix:- <br />1 tbsp. Chilli powder <br />1 tsp. Turmeric powder <br />1 tbsp. Coriander seeds <br />1 tbsp. Salt <br />1 tsp. Pepper <br />1 tbsp. Fennel seeds <br />1 tbsp. Cumin <br />1 tsp. Cloves <br /> <br />½ cup Oil <br />2 tbsp. Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste <br />2 Bay leaves <br />¼ cup fried onions paste <br />2 cups Charcoal <br />Green chillies ( not the spicy one) <br />1 cup ready Atta <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />- Grind all the spice mix ingredients in a mixer/grinder. <br />- In a bowl add the chicken, spice mix, yoghurt, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, salt and mix well. <br />- Refrigerate and let marinate for 4 hours. <br />- In a kadhai, add oil, bay leaves, marinated chicken and roast for a minimum of 3 minutes on a high flame. <br />- Now add the fried onion paste, lower the flame and cover with a lid. <br />- Seal the lid with the atta as shown in the video. <br />- Light the charcoal and place it on top of the lid. <br />- Cook this on a low flame for 30 minutes. <br />- Alternatively, this can be cooked in an oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. <br />- Turn the flame off and let it rest for 10 minutes. <br />- Cut open the seal with a knife and stir the chicken. <br />- Garnish with green chillies and serve. <br /> <br /> <br />Dum Ka Murgh is ready to eat! <br />HAPPY COOKING!!!
